Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that contain incorrect pricing, product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Square and other approved payment processors. We do not store or have access to your complete payment information.

Applicable taxes will be added during checkout where required by law.

Product Information

Our cheesecakes are handcrafted in small batches. As a result:

• We reserve the right to substitute decorative elements when necessary while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the product.

Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Delivery

We currently offer local hand delivery only.

• Delivery areas, fees, and availability are determined at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Someone must be available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.
• Once a product has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Product Care

Cheesecakes are perishable products and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery.

We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are made to order and are perishable, all sales are generally final.

Cancellation requests may be accepted if received at least [48 hours] before the scheduled delivery date. Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases where:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product was damaged upon delivery.
• There is a verified issue with product quality.

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and may require photographs and additional information.
